Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, templates, checklists)
- If your download link fails or the file is corrupted, we will re-issue access at no cost.
- Within 7 days of purchase, if a digital item is materially defective or not as described, contact us and we’ll repair/replace or refund at our discretion.
- Because digital items are immediately accessible, we generally cannot refund completed/consumed downloads unless required by law.
Services & Subscriptions (if applicable)
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
- For once-off services, refunds are considered case-by-case if no material work has commenced.
Payment Disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can assist quickly. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may also raise a dispute via Paystack according to their process.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Paystack). Timing may vary based on card/bank.
