By accessing or using our website, funnels, digital products, and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

Viziarvi (Pty) Ltd (“Viziarvi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides information products, templates, and automation services. Payments are processed securely via third-party processor Paystack.

3. Use of the Services

• You must provide accurate information and use the Services lawfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorise us and Paystack to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown. Taxes/fees (if any) will be disclosed at checkout.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations (if applicable)

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your client portal or by contacting support.
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid term.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials (including digital downloads) are owned by Viziarvi or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your internal business use. Resale or redistribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

7. Disclaimers

Our content is for information and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Results vary based on individual implementation and external factors. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Viziarvi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product/service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Paystack). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation in Pretoria before formal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
